When do I get my order?

Most orders are shipped out the same day, but in some instances it could take 1-2 days to ship after the order is placed. It could take longer to ship if any item is temporarily out of stock in our state, and at that time we will do everything we can to get those items shipped from another state’s warehouse. Please understand some orders may come in separate shipments if an item is shipped from another warehouse because it is out of stock in our state. We value your business and pride ourselves on getting your order to you as fast as possible.

How can I track the shipping?

You will be able to track your shipment by logging into your account and viewing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return my order?

All online orders can be returned by the customer at their expense within 15 days of purchase with a few exceptions. All items must return to us in the same new sellable condition they were sent to you. Because of the sensitive nature of some items, we cannot accept back nutrients, ph up and down, cloning gels, or living Beneficial’s. Other items we cannot accept back are special order items such as custom-made rolling benches, or ideal air drifecta AC units. All returned items will require a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is not to put the items back on our shelves but is a fee our suppliers charge us to send them back the returned items. 

Can I change the shipping method once the order has been placed?

Please contact us at to modify orders after they have been placed. We will do what we can to accommodate.


How do I sign up to become a wholesale customer?

In order to be considered for wholesale pricing, you have to be a commercial grower. Commercial growers are buying in large volumes and doing so often. Set up an account and contact us!  We can discuss whether or not you fit into this price grouping.

How soon can I pick up my order?

Orders that are in stock at our store can be picked up an hour after the order has been placed. Orders that include items that are listed as available today can be picked up in most cases after 5 pm. In some cases we will have the order sooner. Orders that are vendor direct are being shipped to us from another state and usually will come between 2-5 business days. In all instances, we will notify you when all orders are ready for pickup.

Where do I pick up my order?

All orders can be picked up at Premier Hydro 11820 Belleville Road, Belleville, MI 48111. If you would like, you can phone ahead and we can bring the order out to your car. 734-325-6210. 

How soon can I pick up my order?

Orders that include items that are listed as available today, can be picked up in most cases after 3 pm. In some cases we will have the order sooner. In all instances, we will let you know asap when the order is available for pickup.

What do I need to pick up my order?

In order to pick up your order, you will need a printed receipt or show us a copy of the order receipt we emailed you. We will also require some proof of identification to show us it is your order that you are picking up.
